Let's rock n' roll...

I am back to tracking!  I have tracked all of my points today, which considering I haven't tracked in about 4 weeks it is a very good thing!  I went on a walk with my friend today, which was very good.  Even though I was worn out by the end, I enjoyed it very much.  So here we go, lets rock n roll!

I don't know how..

I lost 2 pounds this week!  I needed that really bad.  Please pray for me to get out of this slump and back on track with my weight loss.

blah...

It has been a while since I have posted on here and there is a reason, not a good reason, but a reason.  I have been pretty down about my weight.  I have not had any desire what so ever to do weight watchers.  I have not had such a blah time in a long time.  Last week I gained 3.8 pounds (boo hoo) and I know it will be just as bad if not worse this week.  Ugh.  I just don't want to do it anymore.  I know that I need to, especially since we are paying for it.  Any help would be great!  I just want to get out of this slump.

speaking my mind

Ok, I just have to speak my mind.  I was just on Yahoo.com looking at pictures of stars and every one of the pictures had a negative caption under it.  Now then, while I firmly believe that people in the spot light should set a good example for others, I don't believe there style and size should be constantly critisized.  I mean really, just because Mishca Barton goes out of the house with a hair style that she did herself, doesn't mean you have to take a picture and critisize it!  UGH!  And the hair looked fine.

Ok, off my soap box!

tough day

This has been a really tough day.  Nothing imparticular has happened, I just want to eat everything!  I have tried to count my points and still can (I am going to do it now that I have started this blog post).  Ok, done.  I counted the points and I have only 1/2 of a point available for the day.  I do have activity points that I have earned as well as weekly allowance points to use.  So I am not up a creek yet!  (I just gave myself a pat on the back for counting my points).  Ok, well this post was pretty much for me to get me to count all the points I have had today.

New favorite food!

I have found my new favorite meal!  I would describe it as pizza in a bowl!  It is so very yummy.  I got the recipe off of Kraftfoods.com.  I figured the points to be 7 per one cup serving, which one cup is very filling.  Of course I ate more because it was so good and I had the points!  I tweeked it a little bit, here is the recipe:

2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb.  bulk Italian sausage
2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Green Bell Pepper, 1 Red Pepper, 1 Onion cut in pieces
1 can  (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked (I used whole wheat macaroni noodles)
1 cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

HEAT dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally to break sausage into small pieces.

ADD broth, vegetables, and tomatoes; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

SERVE topped with cheese.

YES, YES, YES!!!

I lost this week! I am down 3.4 from last week.  Bringing my grand total to (drumroll please) 63.6 pounds lost!  It has been a while since I have had a loss two weeks in a row!  I hope to be able to say soon that I am down 65 pounds!  How awesome would that be?  Then I will only be 10 pounds from my personal goal of having lost a total of 75 pounds by the end of March.  I can't wait!  I think I might reward myself with a mani/pedi! (once I hit the 75 pound mark that is).

Last chance work out...not so much

So today I broke out the Dancing With The Stars work out DVD.  I got this last year for Christmas from my sister-in-law.  During my pregnancy I thought it might be to much to do, so this is the first time I have done it in a long time!  I am siting her drenched in sweat.  Yuk, but I feel kind of good knowing that I worked out on my own!  I am going to take a break but I might do some more of it today.  It really was harder than I remembered it being.  It was fun though, and it reminded me of my ballroom dancing days.  Those were good times!  I miss being able to dance like that.  I don't think I would know the first thing to dancing anymore though.  Maybe someday I will win the lotto and be able to take lessons again.  In case you don't know, it is expensive to take one on one lessons for Ballroom Dancing.

I made up my Body and Soul Fitness class today!  I didn't go to last weeks class.  It felt good to work out.  I tell you what it was a work out!  There were some new songs that I did not know the moves to, but one of them was kick boxing.  It was by far my favorite.  I hope that we do that one at my class on Mondays.  I won't be able to go to my class tomorrow so I will be back at this location again next Sunday.  It was different than the one I usually go to, but still a good work out.  I think the leaders just lead in different ways.  They are both good though.  And the leader at the make up class was super nice, so that is always a plus.

So I attempted my first try at the pillsbury bake off.  It was just ok, not a million dollars worth though, so I am going to keep trying.  I will let you know when I find a winner!
